Alliance 15.1 HF8 – Disabling TLS 1.0 causes connectivity error when using Configuration Editor to setup/test a DB connection.  The Astea Browser Employee Portal still functions.

Seems the Configuration Editor is still using TLS 1.0 to connect to the database - This is on the application servers.

With the above issue we cannot create additional Profiles.

The error is resolved when I enable TLS 1.0 on the application server and below is the event log error.

I have confirmed this problem and it has been routed to the development center to review and fix.
