Hi,

With 15.4 SU4 we have this option 
orders that have demands that have not started can be cancelled and will have the disposition status =”Not used” or “ Not Done”. Fulfilled demands remain unchanged.

1/ Is this option only avaiable for service orders ?

2/  where the status “not used” or “not done” are dispayed in the screen ?

I know this is also available to customer support orders as well as service orders.

For the question where the values appear, see below for a cancelled customer support order. I had two completed activities and one left open when I canceled the order.

 

I imagine it would be similar in repair orders and other order types where you have activities. For materials, it would also be the disposition but this of course is not applicable for customer support orders which do not use materials.
