Is there an easy way to cancel an order that is Shipped? Or do we have to invoice and do a Customer Return? Can’t find a way to reverse a shipment

Cancel a Shipped Sales Order in v 12.5
Hi,
As you’ve already mentioned, the only way is to do it is via customer return.
One of the reason why reverse the Sales Order shipment is either you’ve shipped the wrong product or want to cancel the line, but logistic transaction has already been created and it may have gone to financial already. So best way is to do is customer return.
