Is there a way I can Submit and Activate multiple (>200) contract quotations at the same time? Like running a batch, or import? We are running Alliance v14. Thanks!

Perhaps you could do the “Submit” using the “UpdateContractStatuses” import; just change them all to status 200 (Approved).
I don’t know any way to do an “Activate” via import though but once at status 200, you only need to click the Activate button (just changing status will not do that), which is at least only half the clicks.
HI, I don’t believe there is any module that can handle it in bulk. You would need to use an import.
Thanks Susie - this import would need to be a customisation? I can’t see an import that would be ready made..

For information, there are standard import templates provided in the application for contract quotations. These should hopefully help to create the contract quotations.
As these seem to exist since 2017, they should be available also in v14.
