A new version V3.3.7 of the Astea Mobile Native Application is currently undergoing testing at this time, updates are included for the following items:
Application crashes on Android 12+ devices
I’ll update the thread with a tentative ETA for the rollout once it has completed QA.

If you have any mobile technicians that haven’t downloaded/installed the latest version yet (and you’re not using MDM software to control the download/installation of these updates), you can have them uncheck the “Enable auto-update” checkbox in the Play Store (click on the Astea Mobile application, then click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the screen and then uncheck the Enable auto-update checkbox that appears in that popup window):

The V3.3.7 version of the Astea Mobile Native App has been submitted to the Google Play Store, once it is approved by Google the rollout will start automatically.
