Sharing my quick guide for new Astea mobile user creation.
+10Pranavan, I had a quick look and it looks good. You may want to select portal (mobile) before security as this negates the need to assign a security role for mobile users. Security roles are only used for Alliance, customer portal and Vendor portal users. The security role field will be disabled when user has already been given the mobile portal.
