Short answer no.. not without a coding change.
Longer answer, please read the explanation of this option:
So, in your case, the object of service for the service order you are uninstalling is a returnable item. And probably the return warehouse is NOT the return warehouse defined on the field engineer’s record. You are uninstalling an item thus returning it to inventory and it has to go somewhere. Initially, the product is returned to the inventory of the service agent and from there it is moved by IMO to the next warehouse.
So when the conditions are met to display the option where it also defaults to TRUE to hopefully save click time as you are not intending it to remain in the SA warehouse where it will go to when first uninstalled if it is returnable.
I don’t know your entire use case but it seems that you may have wanted to just deliver it to the final destination warehouse directly after uninstalling which I don’t believe is possible. I suppose if you define the SA return warehouse as IKA, then the ship back option does not appear at all but I can’t know if this is where you would want ALL returned from this SA uninstall actions of returnable items to go.
