We are using Astea Alliance version 14 HF29.
one of the user is using the 4K screen and Astea application font size get very small as well as she is not able to Zoom In/Out in Astea application.
We have asked to change the screen resolution to 1920x1080 but she would like to stay on 1920x1200 only.

You have an older application (Astea Browser) which is relying on Internet Explorer, etc. I also have this problem as well if I stay in 4K resolution.
I agree the best thought would be to set the display resolution to 1920x1080 which is what I do but I also don’t see why 1920x1200 would not work equally as well.
One thing which may help is while viewing the page, use the ctrl-key and mouse wheel to zoom in but I don’t recall this being a permanent solution as much as just changing the display resolution.
One thing you can try perhaps is the setting for High DPI scaling behavior for the application exe file itself.
The bottom option for the override might also help. To find the executable, run the Astea Browser and use Task Manager to go to the location it is running from (right click on task for that option) and once there, right click on the executable and choose properties. There is a compatibility tab and there is the high DPI settings buttion to define options.
