We have a situation where erronous product IDs have been created, and to comply wuith standard we need to change product id on several hundred installed items. Anybody know of an import for this, or if it is easy to make one ourselves?

These installed items were only generated with an import, right? No logistics transactions involving these specific items within Alliance?
The bpart_id is now available in the database (what happened to the old bpart_id)?
They are not already part of the contracts?
One option for handling this would be:
- Import to delete them with the Installed Item

And then import them again with the correct Product ID’s. This will result in new item.item_id values so if you had these on contracts already there is more work to be done to modify the contract lines which also refer to the item_id as well as the bpart_id.
Hopefully, you caught all this in an early enough stage. If the contracts have been created, you may consider canceling them and create new ones.
