HI we experience the following for a security profil which has enabled the “allocation batch” module, the user can see the module but he is not allowed to click on run or schedule
is there a specific secuirty settings to allow the access to those button ?

Did you check the user’s security role Security Setup for specific permissions on the page for the id = “btnBatchRun” for example?

yes i have checked there is no permission related to the alloacation batch for this security profile ..

+23I can’t think of any other setting that would do what you are indicating. The user has to have the Inventory profile assigned to them to see the Allocation Batch which also means they need a warehouse linked as well and usually are a staff member so this is not it.
Perhaps remove the Inventory portal, save, add it again will resolve the problem? Are you able to reproduce this on QAC? I would consider logging a case for this situation.
