Can we have more control over the permissions for viewing ?so I can set the visibility of change management for everyone to view but I want to limit the other issue types or even better to have control of certain categories,  I want to utilize the system without crippling any departments, I want certain requests not to be viewed or be visible to IT Service Desk.  yet in the same time I want IT Service Desk to have visibility over everything as they are spoc I have tried to do the form designers visibility but eventually the change history showing all the changes to Service Request and I cannot take that away that action visibility from service desk

Hello Here I have built an integration with another application, although I am having an issue with the last stage,    basically my tickets have a reference number for the other system which shall be used for API callnow I got stuck on a part where I want to query the attachments on the other system and download them for each ticket number  example Assist reference number 12345 - the other system reference 54321» anothersystem.sa/api/v2/attachment/54321 » returns list of attachments IDs» anothersystem.sa/api/v2/download/attachmentid » insert as an attachment on Assist I created http outgoing channel, but I am not sure how to capture the response for that GET call,I have read the documentation over and over yet I couldn’t find anything that could help me in my scenario   here is how I imagine my datamappers to look liketriggering action > GET Call > Resp

Does the key “Ctrl + Arrow up/down have a function in IFS Cloud?

Hi, We have been working on several integration projects which involve either sending data from IFS or pushing data into IFS mainly through RESTful API’s. For some of our external systems calling into IFS I was thinking it would be good to check the status of our IFS instance before commencing with the operation. Is there a suitable IFS Rest API I can call which shows the status of our IFS instance? I would prefer doing this rather than calling something else to see if our IFS instance is operational.We are currently running IFS10. Many Thanks,Dan

Hi all,I would like to retrieve the login history records for users.I've gone through some discussions in this community but haven't been able to figure it out yet.I've already  set up in the window "Set History Log", but I'm unsure how to access the records.I want to know where I can find the records after completing the setup? or I need to set in other window?

Hello, I wondered if there was a way to limit the amount of order lines that populate when pulling up a customer order. We have some very large orders that have thousands of order lines so it can take a while for them to load when we pull up the order. Is there a search parameter or something similar I can set so that the customer order would only load a portion of the lines to begin with? For example, if I only wanted to look at non-invoiced lines, could I load the order with just lines in the “released” status? We are currently still using IFS 9 Applications. 

Hi there, We are currently trying to gather data on turn around times for approvals within IFS across all object types.  This will be used for KPIs for administrative activities/tasks across the business. The challenge we are facing is that Apps 10 does not say when an approval route was started within the Approval Routing view.  Has anyone else overcome this challenge and if so, how did you do it?

Hi.  A correction invoice has been raised and posted but it is incorrect. I wan to create a correction invoice on the correction invoice to reveres it but it is not allowing me to.  I used to be able to do this.  Can anyone advise the easiest way to credit the correction invoice?TIATracey

Hello,I have a SVD group that would like to have a form prepopulated with specific options, or save it as a template, so when they make the request again they would only need to add the clients contact information. This would be for something they get on a regular basis and to save time submitting the request.Example: Site Support gets request from a client while they are supporting another client on site. When they return to their desk the would then open the “pre-filled form/template” add the user name and submit it with the “default” values. Thanks in advance for any comments and/or help.Craig

(IFS CLOUD)Hello,I have created the Inventory part with multiple serial parts connected to this, to use them for Rental functionality. In Inventory Part in Stock, One of the Serial Part is showing as Reserved (Reserved Qty: 1) with Ownership as Company Rental Asset. How I can un-reserve the part to make it  Available to use on other projects?
