Question

Why are the background jobs not processing after delivery installation ? since sunday 08/18/24

Hi all,

Like us, have you noticed a deactivation of the background jobs following a delivery?
Since Sunday 08/18/2024, background jobs are not processing  after a delivery and we must reactivate them manually.
Previously, we did not need to reactivate jobs.
It's very restrictive.

Hi @Wampyrae ,

Looks like the deactivation and reactivation of database processes that happens as part of the delivery had an issue with this specific delivery (job queue processes not reset properly perhaps). If you haven’t already done son, please raise a support ticket for the cloud support to take a look at the issue.

Cheers.

Hi @Sajith D ,

A ticket has been opened. CS0288731

And for the moment, we do not think that this is linked to the content of a specific delivery, because the case occurred on 2 different environments following different deliveries (it has a voluntary shift in the deliveries of our environments).

Are we the only ones experiencing this problem?
