Troubleshooting ifs-ingress Issues with IFS Cloud 24R2 Deployment

Hi Community,  


I'm currently facing issues with ifs-ingress deployment in IFS Cloud 24R2. Several pods are showing problematic statuses. Please refer to the attached screenshot. This occurred after the mtinstallation.

 

Has anyone encountered similar issues with ifs-ingress deployment in IFS Cloud 24R2? How did you resolve them?

The issue was resolved after improving the performance of the middleware server.

​@maheshmuz Every time, it is better to follow the IFS Remote Deployment Sizing Guide to mitigate future issues. I have attached the 24R1 version for your reference. A minimum number of CPU cores and memory should be assigned to the middleware tier; otherwise, pods will not get initiated and, in some cases, may remain in a pending state.
