Some features are not available in Insight Studio.

The Deployment Model is in Remote format.


Some features are not available in Insight Studio. 
I checked the technical documentation and found that the following reports are not available in Remote format.

・Usage Report
・IFS.ai Token Consumption Report
・Authentication Response Times Report

I am unable to view data for the following reports, even though the technical documentation does not mention any Deployment Model restrictions.

・Database Tier Report
・Scalability Report

I have the Report Studio Admin role.

Is it a bug that I cannot use the above reports? I have confirmed that only the Audit Report is available.

Hi,

The reports you mentioned are only available for cloud customers and are not supported in Remote deployment models. This is why you are unable to access:
 

We will update the technical documentation as soon as possible to clearly reflect these restrictions.

I understand that it is not available for remote deployment models.


I would like the technical documentation to provide a visual representation in table format of what can and cannot be used for each deployment model.
I'm sure there are many users who are confused, like me.
