Order Delivery failing in Release Update Studio

Hi, 

we are trying to upgrade  the IFS Cloud version from 22.2.8 to  23.1.2 though Release Update Studio.

Followed all steps mentioned in documentation but

Order delivery step is failing even though sanity build step is successful.

Attached is the log file.

please suggest where it is failing.

Hi @ramank,

I had the same problem and I must open a support ticket. After few weeks and the implication of my IFS account manager, they finally fix the problem and I could generate my delivery.

unfortunately, there is no easy solution than open a support ticket and press them trough your IFS account manager.

Hi @ramank,

I had the same problem and I must open a support ticket. After few weeks and the implication of my IFS account manager, they finally fix the problem and I could generate my delivery.

unfortunately, there is no easy solution than open a support ticket and press them trough your IFS account manager.
