Hi Community,

In MWO, service Technician have the ability to modify Tool entry in case they make a mistake or they wants to modify their tool entry.

In service technician portal, service technician doesn’t  have the ability to do this.

We are currently implementing IFS cloud, and I’m curious to know whether service technician have the ability to modify Tool Entry with “IFS cloud”?
