…  where the numbers comes from, what are counted?

Hi Christer,

For the wadaco its the number of active data capture sessions that is counted. For others I have no idea.

For full Users it is any user who is active and has a permission set applied to them, as long as the permission set is not an LTU

For FNDMIG_EXCEL_ADMIN, it is a count of all the users who have that permission set assigned to them.  These Users will have access to the IFS Excel Data Migration add in.

For Shop Floor Workbench Users, it is a count of the Employees who have Workbench User ticked on the Shop Floor Employees screen.

For Time Clock, it is a count of Employees who have Time Clock User checked on the Employee screen.

The Wadaco question has been answered already i think.

Thx guys. Of course my next questions is kind of depending on the agreement that each and everyone of us have. But with your experience, If I interpreters “Full user” it should contain the others or? Meaning, if we pay for a “Full user” we don't need to pay extra for the e.g. TimeClock.
If not so, what's according to your knowledge  a “full user” entitled to use in the app?

It gets complicated as you get into detail.

Any one who uses Time Clock to log their time will need a license for that.  I believe Full User doesn't cover it.  However, you could have an employee who never logs into IFS.  They would only need a Time Clock license to be able to log their time.  In that case, you would have a generic login account that runs on the time clocking machine, which would consume a full license.  Then each employee who uses that machine to clock in would have the Time Clock license assigned to them.
