How to make a field clickable/redirectable?

Hello,

In most pages, Main Representative is set us such that the text is blue, and if one clicks on it, it opens a new page with info of that person:

I would like to do the same for Parent Company:

I can’t figure out how it is done normally, for example with all those fields, where one can hold Ctrl + click to navigate to that page.

 

Does anyone have any tips? 😊

Using configurations, you can add a référence type field

BUT 

The navigation functionality (zooming) of reference-type custom attributes allows navigation to the respective client pages but does not filter the corresponding record. This limitation exists due to a technical constraint in IFS Cloud.
