Good Afternoon All,

Can you please advise how options can be removed from a RMB - e.g. when a RMB is selected in a header there are a number of options that present on the menu list - I would like to remove/hide options that are not relevant. Many thanks

Dave

Hi @dmoore,

In IEE, under Tools → Options → Assistance, you can check “Hide Disabled Context Menu Items” check box, which will make the greyed out irrelevant context menu items invisible.

Hope this helps!

Aside from the above selection in the user profile, I would recommend NOT intentionally disabling the RMB options you are not currently using.  There are a couple maybe the cause a problem, but overall, the amount of effort to remove them, maintain them, and possibly troubleshoot them when needed later becomes a pretty significant IT effort to maintain.  I find the much better methodology is to make sure your own internal process documents indicate clearly the RMBs that apply to the process and teach or instruct users to follow the process only.
