When attempting to setup the account in Account Manager 10 for our test environment on my android pad, I get the error:  Exception:  Offline.  The steps that produce the error are:

  1. Load Account Manager 10
  2. Click ‘Create account’
  3. Type in the System ID
  4. Type in the TAS URL
  5. Click ‘Done’
  6. This routes to our SSO login page
  7. Type in UserID
  8. Type in Password
  9. Click ‘Done’

And that is where I receive the error.  I have successfully setup the Account on my Android phone without any issues.  My pad is Android 7 (fully updated, can’t go to a newer release) and my phone is Android 10.

I have checked and verified that the System ID, URL, UserID and Password have been entered correctly.  If I go directly to the URL I login without issue to the customer portal.

Any suggestions on what it might be?

This issue is occurring only on android 7 or below? does your android 10 device working fine?

In that case I can confirm you Account manager 10 required android 9 or higher version(from my previous experience)

Yes, my pad is android 7 or older.  My android 10 device works fine.
