Hi,

I have licenses for the Customer Engagement Portal, But I do not know how to access the portal or the admin area for the portal.

 

Can someone please guide me on this?

There’s a section for CE. I think this will be helpful.

 


Looking at the documentation the admin area can be located here.

https://{data region FQDN}/{tenant_name}/ce/{service}/ login

 

I have tried to figure out what the url is based on my tenant, with no luck. 

Does anyone have an example of what this looks like? 


Does anyone know if CE needs to be installed for IFS 10 users, or is it a separate web portal? 


@RajenGandhi CE6, the latest version, only available in the Cloud. So you can access it using the browser, as same as IFS Aurena client in APP10.

@Buddhika Kurera  does the CE need to be installed for our tenant first?  I do not see it available in aurena.

@RajenGandhi It is different portal via a different URL and it is not in Aurena. I think you can contact your IFS contact (ex: Account Manager) point and request required info as you have already bought the licenses/ SKU.
