Is it possible to setup IFS Cloud to automatically Fetch the Authorisation rule when we create a Purchase Order. For 99% of our cases the individual raising the PO will approve it. So the extra steps of clicking Fetch Authorisation Rule seem a little cumbersome.

Sorry, authorization rule wont be fetched while creating the PO, but Purchase order authorization rule will be automatically fetched when you try to release the purchase order if there is a active authorization rule which matches the PO conditions. Also, you can enable the below check box in the company which make sure that you cannot proceed further without authorizing the PO.
