As a manager, it would be required to see the list of requests raised on yesterday or any particular date from webclient.

In that case you may be better off creating a lobby to display this information. This should provide the flexibility you need in filtering the results and can also dynamically update.

If you go to the request screen and click the funnel icon next to the regular search this will take you to the advanced search screen. Here there is a created date field that you can then set and execute the search to return all records created on that date.
