Connection String not set

Hi All,

 

Any idea why am I having the below error while trying to login to IFS Interprise Explorer ?

Hi @NMALKI,

 

It could be due to the connection string not set properly during login as stated,

 

Could you kindly check the following (this is presuming it is Apps10),

  1. Open the landing page of the environment
  2. Click on IFS Enterprise Explorer while holding the Shift button
  3. Hold the Right Mouse Button and double click on the Left Mouse Button
  4. Verify if the ‘Connect to’ field has the URL of the environment you want to connect

@NadeeshHerath yes it IFSAPP10 but unfortunately I couldn’t follow the steps.

Any other suggestions …

@NMALKI  Could you kindly tell me which step you want clarification on?

 

Also, do you have an IFS Case regarding this?

No I didn’t create a case yet.

Step3 please when do I have to do it ?

You can keep the mouse pointer anywhere in the highlighted area below,

 


Now hold the Right Mouse button of the mouse,
whilst holding on to the right mouse button → double click the left mouse button.

This would enable the connect to: field as shown above where you will have to give the connecting environment.
