A customer of mine is analyzing the feasibility to switch from using Work Orders (EAM) to Requests / Request Tasks (NextGenServiceMgmt). Since they’re servicing assets that belong to customers, switching to Request Management makes it a lot easier for them to execute the flow.
However, they are also using Projects module. Each Work Order they work on they connect to a Project. I didn’t see any option to connect Requests / Request Tasks to a Project. Did I somehow missed finding this functionality or it doesn’t exist yet?
