I’m trying to get media working in our test system on fault reports - LU ActiveSeperate. I have added Media to the Object connections and can see it on the screen but when I drag an image to the record I get the following error message:

We have just applied Update 17 to this environment so unsure if this is an update issue or if you can’t use media on fault reports or if I’ve not configured it correctly.

Thanks Sarah

If the answer to above is yes, then kindly setup the same object connection for LU WorkOrder as well

  1. Solution Manager\User Interface\Object Connections
  2. Enter the following details, save. Refresh cache. Now the issue will be solved.
    1. LU Name = WorkOrder
    2. View name = WORK_ORDER
    3. Package = Work_Order_Api
    4. Service list = MediaLibrary^

The actual error that should be raised in this scenario is "The Source WorkOrder is not setup for the service MediaLibrary in Object Connections. Contact your System Administrator to get the service activated."

This has been fixed in our latest App 10 version.
