we have set up “ site to site reservation and availability set up” as → “Not visible for planning/Released co”
Still IFS shows demand in other site planning.
are we missing any other settings.?

When you create a new record for the supply site in Site-to-Site Reservation and Availability Setup window you need to add all the demand sites and set up this Not visible for planned/released CO option to each demand site as per your requirement. Otherwise, it will consider this option only for the listed Demand sites in this window for a given supply site.
However please note that though we use this option demands are still visible in the Availability Check subtab in the Inventory Part Availability Planning window.

Adding more to my last comment,
If all the settings are correct, this demand also can be visible if you have created and released these COs before enabling the Not visible for planning/Released co”. In that case, as a manual step you can go to the Customer Order Line and manually uncheck the Release for Material Planning checkbox. Then this external demand will be removed from the Inventory Part Availability Planning window.
