Endpoint error while Initialising dataset from FSM to PSO through Schedule Manager

Hi All, 

Recently i have updated PSO server name in FSM Webconfig file. All the four endpoints are configured correctly.

However, I’m receiving below error while initializing the dataset from scheduling manager screen of FSM.

‘’There was no endpoint listening at https://psot.stcops.stc.com.sa:8744/IFS/Scheduling/Gateway/Service/Session that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.’’

Please suggest me on how to resolve this error.

Have you verified whether the gateway URL is directly accessible through a web browser? Simply paste the following URL into your browser and ensure its accessibility.
https://psot.stcops.stc.com.sa:8744/IFS/Scheduling/Gateway/Service

Thanks for your Response.

We have fixed this issue; this is due to cyber security. 

After establishing connection between the IP addresses, we are able to resolve.
