Hi Team,
We are getting the alert issue message inside the PSO i.e., "Rejected by FSM: Column(s) Person ID in table Task have invalid values.” while assigning the task to CREW.
We have created the CREW inside the Team, and then added the CREW_MEMBER and CREW_LEADER in the resource and generated the shift of the crew from the resource planner after adding the CREW in some assigned region.
Then inside the scheduling Resource, when we are trying to assign the task to CREW the below error message is coming.
"Rejected by FSM: Column(s) Person ID in table Task have invalid values.” while assigning the task to CREW.
We are looking forward for your guidance. Please let me know if anyone is facing the same issue.
