I’m trying to change translation for customer order report fields, but I can’t find it:
I think it’s a problem of permission sets, do you know please what permission I need to work on reports ?

If you are in Build Place languages are not imported by default. You need to import .lng and .trs files manually.

At first, I would always recommend to check the permissions for the necessary projections.
I guess you already have the projection granted which is necessary to open the page.
But maybe you do not have permissions for the report itself?
As based on the select, the view FIELD_TRANSLATION does not have any additional filters on it.
I would suggest to use the Role FND_DEVELOPER_FNDDEV. This should grant you all necessary permissions for that. If this does not help you, add the projection for the Invoice Report as well.
