IFS Lobby Web Access IFS9 - how to start

Hello

I have heard I can use IFS Lobby Web Access for viewing lobby by android i.e.

But I dont know how to start with this. Where can I find LWA ? Do I have to install something ? How to connect to it ? Some basics needed to start :)
