Hello, I have a problem that for some users bookmarks that are set for their profile disappear. This happens usually when user has its own bookmarks - only his bookmarks remain. When we reset his profile to restore default bookmarks, his bookmarks disappear.
Has anyone had such a problem? How can we prevent bookmarks from disappearing? Is there any other way to restore them than resetting the profile?

Could you please let us know the UPD level of your environment? There is a fix available in UPD9 “Bookmark to overview doesn't return data to the filters setup”
