IFS Aurena Notify Me 10 Invalid redirect URL

Setup:  IFS Applications 10 UPD 6

 

On trying to run IFS Aurena Notify Me 10 we are receiving the following error:

Something went wrong!

 

Reference:  IDP-U5Mvq0wrYt6A

Code:  IDP_PROTOCOL_FLAW

Message:  Request failed to fulfil protocol requirements.

Information:  Invalid redirect URL

 

I know in the past we have had to open IFS Middleware Server Admin Console > Security > Database Identity Provider > External Redirect URls and added the Redirect URl for the application that is displaying the error. 

 

My problem is where do I locate the Redirect URl so that I can add this?

 

Can anyone please advise?

The redirect should be ifs-ifsaurenanotifyme10://auth

You can find this in the F1 Technical Documentation under IFS Administration & Configuration Guide > Touch Apps > Touch Apps Business Components > Notify Me on Aurena Native

@James Ashmore Thank you so much for the information.  

After adding the redirect url instead of failing on hitting Connect I was presented with a IFS Aurena Notify 10 login page.

On entering the user/password combination I received the following error:

 An error has occurred

Touch Apps Server version 10.5 is not compatible with server version 10.6.0.0.

Looks like you need to upgrade the Touch Apps Server to the 10.6 version. The TAS installer is delivered as part of the IFS delivery and you can find it in the manualdeploy\install folder of your Build Home. Please follow the installation guidelines in F1 Technical Documentation under IFS Installation Guide > Additional Installation Options > Touch Apps > IFS Touch Apps Server Installation

Hi,

I also faced to this same issue and my Redirect URL was correct. Then i re-ran the TAS Setup and problem got solved.

However, i didn't get.
