IFS Connect server error

Hello IFS Community,

We are getting a weird error in IFS Connect server logs (APPS8). The error says “Can’t get file channel”. We are trying to process a dat file (Inboud interface). This file is coverted into XML by Java transformer first and is then processed by BIZAPI.

This file works fine sometimes but not always. We have already checked the file/folder permissions but all looks good.

I would really appreciate if anyone can help on this topic.

Jfyi, we tried to restart the connect server and changed the POLL_TIME as well in FILE_READER but no luck.

Hello,

 

May be there is a relation with patch- 113181. There is a correction for app8 track as well
