Thanks Sajith , it really worked for me. One more thing is i installed this test envitonment from scratch (build) provided by IFS  in the begining. Do i need to install all the delivery patches that came after one by one. How do i install crystal web service as i want the reports to installed too.

Hi @m.arif,

If you are using the original build provided by IFS then you would need to apply all the deliveries up to now to get the app server instance up-to-date. This can be a arduous task specially when you have lot of deliveries in between then and now.

Have you reached out to support to request a copy of the up-to-date build? Having this will allow you to do a new installation and be done with it as the app server code base would be up to date in the build. 

alternatively you can use a clone from production/test which have the latest patches installed to restore and setup a brand new instance. 

Setting up the Crystal web service is fairly straight forward and you can find the instructions on how to do this in the F1 technical documentation in the path below
