IFSCloud 25R2 REST API Authentication from MS Office Error

 I am trying to access some data via web url using the link generated from “copy data link” 

When I tried, I got an authentication error saying "We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided. Please try again."

I'm using
- IFS Cloud 25R2
- Office 365 E3 for Excel.

There's a similar question in this post, but I can't reproduce it with a different version. Does anyone know how to solve it?

Can you provide some extra information:

  • How do you normally authenticate in IFS?
  • What method did you use in Excel to Get Data?

Thank you for your answer! 

I tried the following:
    1 Selecting Copy Data Link
    2 Selecting From Web on the Data tab in Excel
    3 Setting the Data Link URL
    4 Pressing the Connect button in the Anonymous tab results in an authentication error
    5 Entering IFS login information and pressing the Connect button on the Basic tab results in an authentication error
