Due to user efficiency Navigator Menu and Record Selector needed to be hidden by default.

Users have to perform these repetitive steps every time when they log in currently, and that is not ideal. 

 

 

This cannot be achieved using the Page Designer or any available user setting.


Is there any way to achieve this?

Wouldn’t this just be a change that is stored in the user’s profile?  I haven’t done this in Cloud only in Aurena but I suspect it likely functions the same.

If they’re making this change but it doesn’t persist after logging off and then on again, it presumably means that the user doesn’t have an active Personal Profile to save the screen change into. 

If this is the case you could either:

  1. Assign them an active Personal Profile so their changes like this get saved after being made
  2. If you don’t want them to save other personal profile changes in general, you could make this change, assign that change into a Base Profile, and assign that Base Profile to all of the users who need this same menu item to be hidden
