We have a problem at IFS Cloud 24.2.4. At unpredictable times, the system stops generating any PDF reports, and we are forced to restart the system. Actions like clearing the report queue or deleting the report node do not help. The error message is provided below. Is there any improvement we can implement or any memory increase or monitoring steps we should consider? We currently have 2 nodes in the reporting cluster.
The report might contain errors or the nodes might not be able to handle the reports which were concurrently executing with the available resources.
