Our environment is SSO configured and users login using their network login.
We installed the Print agent and tested reports. It looks like reports picks up the Print Agent and I can see Print Jobs in ‘Complete’ state in Print Manager.
Printers we have are network printers and users need to login to the printer using their user network login id in order to print reports.
Now the problem is, reports sent to the printer queue has their owner as the service running the IFS Print Agent. Therefore it is not possible to see jobs when login to printers using network user login and print reports.
How can we change the printer queue owner to user login?
