I am in the process of merging UPD21 and I am getting below error when I try to obsolte the files. There are lot of files to make obsolete but I cannot obsolete a single file to to the error.
Below is the error log.
10:48:06: Invalid object ID: 0 . CODE: E03060047
10:48:06: ERROR: Could not get Package. CODE: E03090014
10:48:06: ERROR: Could not get Package. CODE: E03090014
10:48:09: Failed to make obsolete one or more files.
Does anyone have an idea?

After some troubleshooting I was able to find the reason. It was due to a mistake of generating the UPDX file before starting the harvest package. Issue was solved by regenerating the UPDX file after starting the harvest package.
