EDM file attachments

Hello,

 

We are in the process of moving our EDM files from within the IFS repository to a FTP site.

If the file is within IFS then the column  ‘FILE_DATA’ in edm_file_storage has the actual attachment,  how do I get the attachment if it is now in a FTP environment.
