Aurena Search - show all records

Forum|alt.badge.img+4

We are new to Aurena (Apps10) so this feels like a noob question but…

I am searching through all Customer Invoices for a specific Customer and Aurena is only showing me 24 records. I know from using the export to excel function there are 585.

Despite looking through the various search and filter options I can see no way to page through the rest of the records or, better still, return all records so I can scroll through (this would be easy in EE). Am I missing something?

You’ll need to repeatedly click on the ‘Show More’ at the bottom of the table to have all records displayed.

@JLACSPEAR in IFS Cloud there’s the option to ask the system to load more records, from your screenshot I can’t see if there’s anything to the right of the table icon  - top right.

Default will be 24 for each page, but once you change it to some other number, it will save this info into your user profile.

Thanks @Marcel.Ausan, but we don’t seem to have the same options.

This screenshot might be a bit clearer:

Thankyou Matt, inexplicably I had totally missed this.

The lack of ‘count hits’ in the Aurena search that was there in EE seems like a backward step, but I’m certainly not the first to flag it by the look of other posts on here

Hi Chris,

We are on APP10 UPD20. We have both the Count hits and records to populate options.

Please can we have a show all option? This is from the Customer Order Screen.  Really any report screen should have the option to show all and not have to keep clicking on show more.

Customer Order Screen - Show more/show all?

In addition, I would like to request an enhancement for the customer (account) screen, specifically in the "addresses" section, to improve the way results are displayed when searching for customer shipping or drop-ship addresses. Having a “Show All” option instead of the current “Show More” button would greatly improve efficiency, especially when managing customers with multiple shipping or drop-ship addresses.

Here’s the specific challenge we face:

Our customers drop-ship to numerous clients, and when adding a new address, we need to quickly see the last address ID used to ensure proper sequencing. Address IDs follow a consistent pattern: customer shipping addresses start with “Ship” followed by numbers (1, 2, 3, 4), while drop-ship client addresses start with “D” followed by numbers (001, 002, 003), and so on.

Pricing is also programmed based on whether the address is “D” or “S,” and it’s critical to be able to view and compare these addresses efficiently.

Current Workaround: To view the last address ID used, and find the next available one in sequence, we currently have to navigate to the  customer order screen, where customer addresses can be filtered and sorted. However, this is not possible directly in the customer’s address screen, which is frustrating and inconsistent. It doesn’t make sense why sorting can be done in one area but not the other.

Having the ability to display all addresses in the customer address screen at once, or at least an option to load all records with a “Show All” button, would streamline this process and save a lot of time.

Thank you for considering this enhancement. We believe it would greatly improve the user experience for many customers.

In the address screen, we need to be able to find the next address ID in the sequence and only show more is an option.  I’d love to be able to be able to sort these columns but at the very least a show all option might be helpful.
