How can i disable the Duplicate Lead Action

Hi everyone, 

i have this button in aurena “Duplicate Lead”, and i need to disable this action,  how can i do that?

@HumbertoFloresD It is possible to control this function using permissions. However in that case users will not be able to add a new records as well. There is no direct way to disable the Duplication button while having the capability of adding a new record, AFAIK.

Customization is the possible workaround. Hope this helps !

Hi @Buddhika Kurera  can i  Hide this button on Business lead Page? is that possible ?
