Receive warning Client has requested to run in invalid locale every time we try and print a quick report

We recently performed a reconfigure on our middleware server to apply a new security certificate.

Since then, our clients display a warning message when printing a quick report.  It says “Client has requested to run in invalid local ‘en-US’.  English, ‘en-US’ will be used instead.  Correct your Locale Setting.

You can click OK on this message and the quick report comes up and it can be printed.  We do not use IFS Print agents.  It also doesn’t come up for everyone, sometimes if you restart IFS it goes away.

Has anyone else got this warning before?

We did figure out the problem, the issue happened during the reconfigure process.

Import third-party certificate was selected when Use same certificate as web server should have been selected.

We reconfigured our PROD environment and changed this setting back to “Use same certificate as web server” and once we did this an our users restarted IFS - the warning went away.
