Shortcuts disappearing- IFS10

Hi community,

After I created a shortcut in IFS10, I restarted my session and I could not see the shortcut I created  on the page. Why I can not see it, what could be reason?

If you just close the (IEE) window your settings can be lost.

Please use this way to log out from IFS (IEE):

 

You can also save your personal settings:

how do you log out from IFS?

Do you just close the window?
