IFS IEE HTTP Call FND_CONTEXT error - Expecting delimiter but found character code 59

Dear all,

We are invoking IFS IEE HTTP calls from API tools like soapUI, Postman,…. Everytime, we hit url with exact payload as what IEE sends, we get error Expecting delimiter but found character code 59

Much appreciate any technical help in this case.
