Oracle AFSU for IFS App 10

AFSU license itself wont control the options you get with your Oracle Database software.
However, typical IFS AFSU license model includes Oracle Enterprise Edition software license which gives you access to few features like Data Guard, RMAN compression etc. over Standard Edition (SE2),
Here is an Oracle website page which has more details including comparison of different license options in a table: Oracle Database Editions
So you can use the standard Oracle Data Guard for DR replication as long as both primary and standby DB Servers are on same WAN. There can be some loss of data (avg. 5-10 minutes) using standard Data Guard and this is acceptable for most IFS Customers.
If you want zero data loss you need to purchase Active Data Guard license on top of Enterprise Edition License. I think same applies to Diagnostics and Tuning pack - extra cost.

If you are in cloud:
- Database links must only be created in a PROD DB to a lower IFS environment
- You can’t access to an external DB
