Report Rule to copy Report Archive to file server

We are trying to create a copy of a customer invoice at the point of creation to be saved as a PDF on a file server external to IFS.

I created a report rule as below but when i generate an invoice no file is created.
I get no errors in the Report Rule Log.

Any help appreciated

Hi,

Check the following,

  1. In the system parameters, that the report rule logs are enabled
  2. Remove the Rule condition and check again
  3. \\File_Server\Test_Doc shared location has full read/write access for everyone and that the path is correct. E.g if File_Server is the actual machine name
  4. Check the status of the Print Job in the print manager. The rule will only trigger if the job is successfully completed
  5. If you are printing multiple Customer Invoices at ones (1 print job with many print job contents) then make sure that “No Multi” checkbox is unchecked,
