Default Print Layout and e-mail integration broken with update 14 patches

Hi everyone,

 

We have an issue after moving from Apps 10 Update 11 to Apps 10 Update 15.. When printing a customer invoice, our report layout selection has changed. We also send e-mail copies to customers and an internal distribution group using the Report Rules.

Has anyone experienced something similar when deploying new updates? Any suggestions on where the report layout selection from the customer Invoice RMB to print or re-print invoice is appreciated

Hi,

 

We recently upgraded from Apps 10 Update 11 to Apps 10 Update 16 and did not have any issues with this.

 

Do you use report rules to select the correct layout?

If yes, what does Report Rule Log say?

(Solution Manager - Operational Reporting - Report Rule Engine - Report Rule Log)

 

If no, how does the Report Definition look for CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP?

(Solution Manager - Operational Reporting - Report Definitions)

This is where the Layouts and Layout Order is set. Maybe something got overwritten.
