Crystal Report - Barcode

Greetings, IFS community.

 

There is a question I would like to ask about a crystal report. 

 

The crystal report can be printed by some users with the bar code appearing (See Screenshot 1), while for others, only the numbers can be seen (See Screenshot 2). Is there any reason for this?

We are using Crystal report XI and IFS 9.

Hello - For operational report, please confirm the barcode font is installed on the machine where Crystal Web Service is running.  For Quick Report, font may need to be installed on end-user’s machine.
